💲 Pricing & Charges

All prices are quoted in Singapore Dollars (SGD).

Rates are inclusive of chauffeur, fuel (petrol), ERP charges, and parking fees.

Minimum hourly charges apply as per rates listed on our official website.

For service extensions, any time exceeding 15 minutes will be billed per hour.
⏳ Booking, Cancellations & Refunds

Booking is confirmed only upon full payment.

Last-minute bookings require at least 20–30 minutes' notice and are subject to availability.

Vehicle replacement in case of breakdowns will take approximately 20–30 minutes or the earliest possible time.
🚫 Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before pickup: ❌ No refund.

Coach bookings cancelled less than 7 days before pickup: ❌ No refund.

For all other cancellations: ✅ 50% refund of base fare.
🕒 Waiting Time Charges
🔁 Transfers / Departures:

Waiting time over 20 minutes and up to 45 minutes will be considered as a two-way transfer charge.

Waiting time over 45 minutes will be charged as a disposal service (minimum 3 hours).
✈️ Airport Arrivals:

Enjoy complimentary 45 minutes of waiting time after flight lands.

After 45 minutes, a fee of $10 per 10-minute block applies (up to 3 blocks or 30 minutes).

Waiting time beyond 75 minutes (45 mins + 30 mins) will be billed as a disposal booking (minimum 3 hours).

If waiting time is between 60 and 90 minutes, it will be billed as a two-way transfer.
🌙 Surcharges

Midnight surcharge (2300hrs – 0700hrs):

Regular vehicles: $15 per transfer or $15/hour

Coach services: $25 per transfer or $25/hour

Additional charges may apply during:

Public holidays
-
Festive seasons
-
Major national or international events
🚘 Vehicle Policy

Maxi-Cab.com reserves the right to upgrade or change the vehicle at any time, with no additional charge to the customer.

Strictly no eating or drinking is allowed inside the vehicles. This is to ensure hygiene, cleanliness, and comfort for all passengers.
